The following Spotlight Lectures will be held at 4pm in the Library on the dates indicated:

Tuesday 1st March 2011 - Spotlight on Volunteering and Work Experience in the NHS. This is your opportunity to 'sign-up' for volunteering and work experience so it is important that you have the relvant documents available. Due to age restrictions this is for Year 11 and Sixth Form students only.
Tuesday 22nd March 2011 - Spotlight on Architecture - Years 10, 11 and Sixth Form welcome.

Spotlight on Engineering

Engineering

An Engineering Faculty member recently visited the College to present Engineering as a career. He explained the different types of engineering degrees available including electronics, avionics, electrical and mechanical engineering, entry qualifi cations, opportunities after university and then took questions. The University of Liverpool proudly boasts one of the finest Engineering departments in the country. He also explained about the year in industry associated with the course.
