With just one season of experience, Liam Harrison in year 8 at the College has become a Champion Athlete. He is currently Lancashire Champion at both the shot and the discus. Liam is also Merseyside Champion at the Shot, discus and javelin and has won the Sefton Championship for boys as well as the North West Christian Brothers championships.

Having been introduced to athletics last year in Games lessons he was encouraged to go to Southport Waterloo Athletics Club. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength.
